Inspired by the atmosphere and community spirit of the Deloraine Street Car Show, we set out to create something just as special for Denmark. After months of planning, the inaugural GS Classic Car Show rolled onto Strickland Street on 29 September 2019, bringing the town to life with classic cars, motorbikes, live entertainment, and the support of our fantastic local shops and eateries. The event was a huge success, with proceeds proudly donated to the Black Dog Ride and other community groups.

Building on that momentum, we delivered highly successful shows again in 2021, 2023, and 2025, each one growing in size, quality, and community involvement. The GS Classic Car Show has quickly become a much‑loved event on the Denmark calendar, attracting entrants and spectators from across the region.
